Hemingway’s Resto-Bar is situated along the promenade at Karpaz Gate Marina and is named after the American author, Ernest Hemingway who penned the famous novel entitled The Old Man and the Sea. The restaurant and bar includes a seasonal menu serving international and traditional Cypriot cuisine.
The winter menu includes a great choice of breakfast dishes available all day long. At lunch and well into the evening, Hemingway’s offers a choice of salads, pasta, fish and meat dishes. Ask about the chef’s special sirloin steak and also the catch of the day. To drink, there is a wide selection of soft and alcoholic refreshments. The special hot wine with warming spices is one of Hemingway’s seasonal favourites.
Up to 200 people can be accommodated in this contemporary restaurant. There is a mix of seating in the lounge, as well as high and low tables and comfortable booth seats, and outside seating.
Hemingway’s is child-friendly and also convenient for the disabled, with its spacious surrounds and wide access doors. Multiple widescreen TV screens also show international news and sports.
