Karpaz Bay Resort Ltd. (KBR), owned by an international group of investors, is developing a first class tourist destination, which will allow our guests to enjoy the nature reserve of Karpaz Peninsula with its natural atmosphere, together with the most comfortable and sustainable architecture and design.

In the first phase of the development we are constructing the Karpaz Gate Marina, a lively commercial promenade with shops, restaurants and bars as well as other social attractions for the enjoyment of our guests.

At later stages of the project we will continue the site development, erecting two five-star deluxe hotels, a self-catering hotel and bungalows.
