Free trial berth offer

Terms and conditions

  1. The free trial berth offer will operate between 30th April 2011 (or from when the Marina officially opens) up until 31st March 2012.
  2. Successful applicants for the free trial berth offer will be granted a 100% discount on mooring fees until 31st March 2012.
  3. Each yacht must comply with the Licence Agreement for Berthing and Storage Ashore and the Marina Management Rules.
  4. Vessels must be seaworthy during the period of the offer.
  5. The marina management has the right to change the location of the berth throughout the promotional period.
  6. The marina management has the authority to remove vessels if necessary.
  7. If any vessel that has been granted the promotion departs the marina for more than 14 consecutive days it will be considered to have left the marina and exhausted its promotional rights.
  8. All incidental expenses (fuel, water, electricity etc) will be payable at rates which will be published in February 2011.
  9. Hard standing facilities will be made available for up to one month per yacht during the first operational year, free of charge. After this one month period, standard rates apply. Official prices for hard standing facilities will be published in February 2011.
  10. A lift out service will be available and will be charged in addition to hard standing services. Lift out prices will be published in February 2011.
  11. The marina management has the right to refuse entry into the free trial berth offer and is not obliged to enter into correspondence with individual entrants regarding refusal.
  12. The marina management has the right to change and update the terms and conditions at any time.
  13. Further information and price lists are available upon request.
  14. Any vessel berthed in the marina is in any case subject to the contract signed and the marina management rules.
  15. Closing date for applications is 1st March 2011.
